We are working with a retailer in South Leeds who are looking for an experienced customer service advisor to support the team on an ongoing, temporary basis. The team need a candidate to join them to gather and cleanse all data on their database. Managing a high volume of customers, the successful candidate will have excellent phone based, customer service experience and be able to manage a high volume of call and issues.
