Lettings Officer
We are recruiting a Lettings Officer on behalf of a well-established Housing Association based in Birmingham. This is a short-term opportunity ideal for an experienced housing professional who can hit the ground running, covering areas in Birmingham, Worcester and Coventry. The Role You will play a key role in supporting the delivery of a high-quality allocations, lettings, and empty property management service, ensuring homes are let efficiently and in line with policy. Key responsibilities of a Lettings Officer include:Delivering sign-ups and completing new tenant agreements with customersManaging the lettings of empty properties in accordance with the allocations policyEnsuring void properties are let within minimum timescales to meet performance targetsProviding a professional, customer-focused service throughout the lettings processWorking flexibly across multiple locations as requiredWhat We''d Love To See From You As A Lettings Officer:Previous experience in the housing sectorProven experience delivering new tenant sign-ups and agreementsStrong knowledge of allocations and lettings processesA proactive and organised approach with excellent communication skillsA full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicleAdditional Information:This role is subject to a Basic DBS checkShort-term assignment of approximately 2 months, with potential for extension depending on service needsIf this Lettings Officer role is of interest please apply or contact (url removed)
