Maintenance Electrician - No Call Out

Up to -42,000 per annum

Permanent position for a Resident Maintenance Electrician to work on a single man site in the heart of Birmingham City Centre. This is a permanent position, working 8am - 5pm, Monday - Friday, paying a basic salary of between -39 - -42,000 per annum. This position will suit an engineer that wants to work at a static site and not have to participate-in an on call rota.

Main Duties:

• Planned maintenance, reactive works, fault finding and minor installation to electrical systems and building services plant.
• General facilities maintenance-work - minor plumbing or building fabric repairs.
• Oversee specialist sub-contractors, ensuring work is carried out safely and efficiently.-
• Ensure site logbooks, records and technical documentation are all up to date.

Job Requirements:

• Apprentice trained electrician.
• 18th edition wiring regs.
• AM2 qualified.
• Experience of commercial maintenance work.

On offer is a permanent position,-working 8am - 5pm, Monday - Friday, paying a basic salary of between -39 - -42,000 per annum.
