My client is a large accountancy firm who are looking for a Business Support Manager in Birmingham.
Description
- Manage and coordinate administrative functions to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Supervise and guide the secretarial and business support team to achieve objectives.
- Streamline processes to enhance operational efficiency and service delivery.
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders regarding administrative requirements.
- Monitor and allocate resources to meet team and organisational goals effectively.
- Prepare and manage budgets related to the business support department.
- Oversee compliance with organisational policies and regulatory requirements.
- Identify opportunities for training and development within the business support team.
Profile
A successful Business Support Manager should have:
- Proven experience in managing administrative functions within a professional services environment.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
