Maintenance Technician/Handyman - Reading RG1 £17pj + hol pay, (equivalent to £34K per annum) Tools provided, No CSCS Card required, We are looking for a proactive multi skilled Maintenance Operative/Handyman to join a busy student accommodation. In this role, you will play a key part in delivering an outstanding living experience by ensuring all maintenance and repair requests within the accommodation are handled efficiently and effectively. This is a hands-on position where no two days are the same-perfect for someone who takes pride in their work and enjoys problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.
