THE ROLE - Year 3 Teacher

As a Year 3 Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering engaging and well-structured lessons in line with the KS2 curriculum. You will plan, assess and differentiate learning to meet the needs of all pupils, ensuring strong academic progress across core subjects. You will be expected to create a positive and inclusive classroom environment, manage behaviour effectively, and build strong relationships with pupils, staff and parents. The role requires a confident and proactive practitioner who can maintain high expectations and support pupils both academically and socially. You will work closely with parallel teachers and support staff to ensure consistency and high-quality teaching across the year group.
