Private Client Solicitor/Partner Opportunity, 5+ PQE, Swansea, £45,000 to £70,000 (DOE) plus extensive benefits. This opportunity would suit either a Senior Solicitor looking to take the next step in their career or an established Director/Partner seeking a new challenge. The successful solicitor will play a key role in advising on complex private client matters, leading client relationships and supporting the development of junior team members. PRIVATE CLIENT SOLICITOR/PARTNER
A well-established and highly regarded law firm in Swansea is seeking an experienced and ambitious Private Client Solicitor to join its growing Lifetime Planning team. You will advise a broad range of clients, including high-net-worth individuals, on: Wills and succession planning, Trust creation and administration, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Inheritance Tax planning, Estate administration and probate matters, Complex and high-value estates, Agricultural Property Relief (APR) and Business Property Relief (BPR) issues, Asset protection and wealth preservation strategies. You will also work closely with colleagues across other practice areas on multidisciplinary matters while helping to mentor and develop junior lawyers and advisers within the team. You must have strong technical expertise in trusts, estate planning and estate administration, excellent client care and relationship management skills, experience supervising or mentoring junior team members and ambition to progress and contribute to the ongoing success of the team. STEP qualification would be advantageous but is not essential.
