OverviewJob Title: Head of Operational Security

Salary: £66,000 - £88,350

Location: Cambridge/Hybrid (minimum of 2 days per week in the office)

Contract: Full Time/Permanent (35 hours per week)

We have an exciting opportunity for a new Head of Operational Security to join a passionate and knowledgeable team that manages exam security for our English language assessments. We deliver millions of exams to learners around the world every year and this team focuses on designing security into all stages of the process to prevent malpractice and exam fraud and to ensure exam results are valid and fair.

About The Role

This role offers a unique opportunity to lead and shape the operational security strategy for exams, ensuring robust measures are in place while driving continuous improvement across the function.

Responsibilities

Manage key internal and external stakeholder relationships, influencing others and making a case for change

Shape, define, and implement robust security measures

Lead and develop a dedicated team, fostering engagement and growth

Oversee and improve processes for efficiency and effectiveness

Ensure policies align with regulatory requirements and industry standards

Challenge the status quo and drive continuous improvement across the function
