Our client, a specialist manufacturing provider based in High Wycombe, is seeking Assembly Technicians to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity to work within a quality-driven environment, contributing to the assembly of innovative products used across major projects throughout the UK and internationally.

This role is available on a temporary and temp-to-perm basis, offering long-term potential for the right candidate

Key Duties:

• Assembling bespoke product systems to specification
• Reading and interpreting basic technical drawings
• Supporting project delivery and meeting production deadlines
• Providing technical assembly support to internal teams
• Maintaining quality standards across all builds -
• Following health and safety procedures at all times

Key Requirements:

• Strong attention to detail and quality-focused approach
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a team
• Proactive, flexible and reliable attitude
• Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines
• Basic IT skills and organised working style
• Practical or DIY-related skills/interest

Desirable Experience:

• Manufacturing or assembly experience
• Ability to read technical drawings
• Electrical or joinery background
• Forklift Truck licence (advantageous)
