A well-established charity is seeking an Interim Finance Business Partner to join its finance team on an initial 6-month contract. The role offers hybrid working, with two days per week in a Central London office. This is a broad position combining business partnering, budgeting, forecasting and hands-on management accounting, supporting senior stakeholders across the organisation. The key responsibilities of the Interim Finance Business Partner are: Building strong relationships with budget holders and senior stakeholders, providing financial advice, insight and constructive challenge. Leading the preparation and review of budgets and forecasts, ensuring financial plans are accurate and aligned with organisational priorities. Producing monthly management accounts, including detailed variance analysis and commentary. Supporting month-end processes, including journals, accruals, prepayments and reconciliations. Monitoring financial performance, identifying emerging risks and recommending appropriate actions.
