This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced HandS professional to join a successful organisation that places safety, compliance and continuous improvement at the heart of its operations. The Role As Health and Safety Advisor, you will support the development and maintenance of a strong safety culture across the site, ensuring compliance with current legislation and company standards. Working closely with managers and employees, you will provide expert advice and practical support on all aspects of health and safety. Key Responsibilities Provide guidance on health and safety legislation, standards and best practice. Deliver site inductions, toolbox talks and safety training. Conduct workplace inspections, audits and risk assessments. Review and maintain health and safety procedures and documentation. Monitor HandS performance and support continuous improvement initiatives. Manage contractor compliance, including review of RAMS and safe systems of work. Investigate incidents, accidents and near misses, identifying root causes and corrective actions. Support managers in maintaining a safe and compliant working environment.
