Production Team Leader Colchester, CO7 Pay: £12.80 £13.50 per hour Pin Point Recruitment is currently recruiting for a Production Team Leader to join a busy and well-established fresh produce operation based in Colchester. This is a hands-on leadership role within a fast-paced food manufacturing environment, ideal for someone with strong supervisory experience and a commitment to food safety and quality standards. You will oversee a fruit packing line, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations while maintaining high standards of food safety, hygiene, efficiency, and product quality. You will lead by example, motivate your team, and ensure all packing targets and customer requirements are consistently achieved.
