Job Role: Labourer/Traffic MarshalPostcode: EX32, Barnstaple. Start Date: 23rd March 2026Pay Rate: 18.95/hr We need a Traffic Marshal but if any labourer is interested we can provide him the training course for Traffic Marshal. Key Responsibilities:Site Preparation and Maintenance: Cleaning debris, setting up scaffolding, loading/unloading materials, and preparing tools.Vehicle Navigation: Directing large vehicles, lorries, and cranes into and out of site areas, particularly in tight spaces.Safety Monitoring: Ensuring pedestrians, workers, and site visitors are kept safe from moving machinery.Communication: Using clear hand signals or two-way radios to guide drivers, especially when visibility is reduced.Safety Compliance: Adhering to site safety regulations, using Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), and maintaining a safe work environment.
