As the number 1 on site you will be responsible for all aspects of Health and Safety, organising and managing all sub-contractors on site and making sure each part of the development is delivered on time, in budget and to the highest quality of finish. To be considered for this Site Managers position you must come from a strong house building background as a Site Manager, ideally having worked on similar high specification projects at some point in your career and also have the following qualifications.
