Are you a QHSE Manager or similar from a regulated manufacturing environment looking for a senior, hands-on role where you can take full ownership of site standards and drive real improvement across the shop floor?

On offer is a key position within a growing advanced manufacturing business supplying into aerospace, defence and wider engineering markets, where you will be the go-to person for quality, health & safety and environmental compliance across the site.

This well-established specialist manufacturer is known for high standards and a practical, engineering-led culture. Due to continued growth and ongoing customer requirements, they are now looking to bring in an experienced QHSE professional to strengthen and develop their systems.

In this role you will own and continuously improve the Quality Management System to AS9100 / ISO 9001, develop and lead the ISO 14001 environmental management system, and take the lead on internal, customer, supplier and certification audits. You will also drive corrective actions, 8D investigations and root-cause analysis, while leading site H&S activities including risk assessments and incident investigation.

This role would suit a QHSE manager or similar looking for a high-responsibility position where you can influence at all levels, implement practical shop-floor controls and be recognised for raising standards in a regulated environment.

The Role:

• Site-wide QHSE leadership in a regulated manufacturing environment
• Ownership and continuous improvement of AS9100 / ISO 9001 Quality Management System
• Lead ISO 14001 environmental compliance, objectives and performance reporting
• Lead internal, customer, supplier and certification audits and close-out actions

The Person:

• Previous experience within QHSE role within manufacturing
• Strong knowledge of AS9100, ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 with audit leadership experience
• Live commutable to Nuneaton
