Supporting a dedicated and highly skilled workforce you will support the Home Manager in the day to day operational management of the service ensuring professional and high-quality care for elderly residents. The home is established in the local area and has gained an excellent reputation for its state-of-the-art facilities. The home is committed to providing a high level of care to an elderly client group with diverse care and nursing needs. RequirementsManagerial/supervisory experience within an elderly nursing homeNurse qualification with valid NMC PinAn interest in dementia care, further qualifications / training in dementia care would be advantageousExperience in supporting large care and nursing teams ResponsibilitiesProvide the highest standards of care and exceeding residents expectations and needsBasic understanding of budgets and working efficientlyBe actively involved in training and teachingHave good HR knowledge The role will involve 2 x clinical shifts per week, along with 3 x days supernumerary.
