As Head of New Programmes and Business Development, you will lead the development, mobilisation and delivery of new restricted programmes across the Behaviour Change and Development Directorate and, where required, the wider organisation. Working closely with senior leaders and specialist teams, you will design compelling, fundable programme models, write high-quality bids and secure new income from trusts, foundations and statutory funders. You will be responsible for building and managing strong relationships with prospective and existing funders, while ensuring that
