They are seeking an experienced HV Design Integration Lead to play a key role in coordinating and assuring the delivery of HV electrical design projects while supporting the growth of an in-house engineering capability.Key Responsibilities of the HV Design Integration Lead role: Lead and coordinate HV electrical design activities across substation and infrastructure projectsManage interfaces between Primary, Protection andamp; Control and secondary electrical disciplinesCoordinate internal teams, subcontract designers and external consultants to ensure integrated deliverySupport technical assurance, design reviews and sign-off activities in line with NERS and industry standardsIdentify and mitigate technical and delivery risks across projectsAct as a key technical interface with clients, DNOs, Tier 1 contractors and stakeholdersSupport bids, tenders and early-stage project delivery strategiesContribute to the development of internal electrical design capability and mentor future team members Key Requirements of the HV Design Integration Lead role: Significant experience within HV electrical design, particularly substations and related infrastructureBackground in either Primary Design or Protection andamp; Control (Pandamp;C) leadershipExperience working with DNOs
