The Role

As Retail Supervisor, you''ll be a key member of the store leadership team, helping to oversee daily operations and ensuring customers receive an outstanding in-store experience. You''ll support the management team while coaching colleagues and maintaining exceptional standards across the store.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the leadership team in achieving sales targets and delivering strong commercial results.

• Motivate and guide team members to deliver excellent customer service.

• Lead from the shop floor, setting the standard for customer engagement and service.

• Take ownership of key operational tasks and ensure the store runs efficiently.

• Help train and develop colleagues, providing regular coaching and support.

• Maintain high standards of visual presentation, housekeeping and compliance.

• Assist with stock control, deliveries and inventory accuracy.

• Act as a key holder and support opening and closing procedures.

About You

• Previous experience in a Supervisor, Senior Advisor or Team Leader role within retail.

• A positive and proactive leadership style with the ability to motivate others.

• Customer-focused with a passion for creating memorable shopping experiences.

• Commercially minded with an understanding of sales and KPI performance.

• Highly organised and able to prioritise effectively in a busy environment.

• Comfortable making decisions and taking responsibility when needed.

• Flexible, hands-on and motivated by achieving results as part of a team.
