Are you a law graduate with office based legal experience, and looking for some temporary work for a prestigious client? My Cheltenham based client are looking for additional support for their legal and compliance team on an immediate basis for the next 3 months to support their extra workload. The role will contribute to document management, contract administration and assist with the delivery of legal and compliance initiatives. Working hours- Monday-Friday 9am-5pm with hybrid working Pay rate- £15- £18 an hour dependant on experience Contract- 3 month temp role Start- asap Key Responsibilities Support the Legal and Compliance Team in delivering accurate support across a range of legal and compliance matters. Support risk assessments and identify potential compliance issues. Provide administrative and organisational support to projects and initiatives. Assist with the review, drafting, formatting, and administration of contracts and other documents. Maintain contract records and databases. Ensure contracts and legal documents are stored accurately in line with company procedures. Maintain accurate and up-to-date legal records, filing systems, and matter-management tools. Prepare meeting materials, reports, and documentation for the Legal and Compliance Team. Skills and Experience A law degree with office based experience within a law firm Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
