About the Role

A leading Tier One civil engineering and infrastructure contractor is looking to appoint an experienced MEICA Manager to oversee Mechanical, Electrical and ICA delivery across water sector projects. This is a senior, hands on role with long term secured work and clear progression.

Key Responsibilities

andbull; Manage and deliver all MEICA activities from design through to completion
andbull; Ensure designs are buildable and challenge them through value engineering
andbull; Provide technical leadership across mechanical, electrical and control systems
andbull; Lead and develop a small MEICA team alongside civil delivery teams
andbull; Manage programme, budget, supply chain and performance
andbull; Oversee commissioning, ITPs and quality documentation
andbull; Ensure full compliance with health and safety, including electrical safety
andbull; Build strong working relationships with clients, designers and stakeholders
andbull; Support tendering and future work winning activities

Requirements

Essential
andbull; Proven experience as a MEICA Manager or MEICA Project Manager
andbull; Background delivering MEICA works within the water industry
andbull; Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
andbull; Methodical approach with a focus on safety, quality and delivery

Desirable
andbull; Degree, HND or HNC in a relevant discipline
andbull; SMSTS or SSSTS
andbull; CSCS card
andbull; APM membership or equivalent experience
