About the Role We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Bartender to join our hospitality team. The ideal candidate will have previous experience working as a Bartender in the UK, with a good understanding of professional bar operations, customer service, drink preparation, and health and safety standards. Candidates who have completed relevant bartending or hospitality training will be preferred. Key Responsibilities Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. Prepare cocktails, spirits, wines, beers, and other drinks to a high standard. Take customer orders and process payments accurately. Provide friendly and professional customer service. Maintain a clean, organised, and well-presented bar area. Restock beverages, glassware, garnishes, and other supplies. Monitor stock levels and report shortages to management. Follow company procedures for cash handling and stock control. Follow health, safety, hygiene, and responsible alcohol service requirements. Handle customer queries and complaints professionally. Assist with opening and closing the bar. Work effectively with the wider hospitality team. Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude. Essential Requirements Previous professional Bartending experience in the UK. Good knowledge of UK hospitality and bar service standards.
