Our ClientA highly acquisitive private equity backed business, with operations across multiple countries.The RoleThe Finance Business Partner will play a key role in driving financial insight and control across central functions. You’ll be responsible for ensuring accurate reporting, supporting month-end close, and providing commercial analysis to help leadership teams manage costs and make informed decisions.Main DutiesOwnership of central cost reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.Support monthly close and deliver accurate management reporting.Provide insightful analysis on cost drivers and opportunities for efficiency.Partner with functional leaders to challenge and influence decision-making.Drive process improvements and standardisation within reporting and analysis.The Successful CandidateQualified accountant, audit experience is desirable.Experience in financial reporting and analysis within a group or large organisation.Strong business partnering skills with the ability to influence non-finance stakeholders.What’s on offer?Hybrid working (2-3 days in the London office)The opportunity to work in a dynamic, international environment with exposure to senior stakeholdersOur Commitment to Equality, Diversity, and InclusionWe believe that diverse teams drive innovation and success.
