What you''ll do: Manage and support a caseload of apprentices and learners throughout their programme. Deliver engaging teaching, coaching and assessment using a range of learning methods and digital technologies. Plan learning that meets individual learner and employer needs, both in the workplace and remotely. Monitor learner progress, provide constructive feedback and implement timely interventions where required. Prepare apprentices for End Point Assessment, ensuring they successfully complete all elements of their programme. Maintain accurate learner records and evidence of off-the-job training in line with DfE funding requirements. Build strong relationships with employers, carrying out regular progress reviews and ensuring training meets workplace needs.
