Accounts Manager Suffolk £35,000 - £40,000An established and growing independent accountancy practice is seeking an experienced Accounts Manager to join its close-knit team. This is a hands-on, client-facing position offering the opportunity to manage a varied portfolio of clients ranging from sole traders and partnerships to larger corporate businesses and high-net-worth individuals. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering high-quality accountancy and tax services while helping to support the firm''s continued growth and taking on increasing responsibility over time.Role ResponsibilitiesManage a portfolio of clients across a broad range of sectors.Prepare bookkeeping records and maintain accurate financial information.Complete VAT returns and Making Tax Digital (MTD) submissions.Prepare and submit Self-Assessment tax returns.Prepare statutory accounts for companies and partnerships.Prepare company and partnership tax returns.Provide tax planning support and advice to clients.Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication.Contribute to the continued growth and success of the practice.Personal RequirementsACA or ACCA qualified Chartered Accountant, or qualified by experience (QBE).Previous experience managing a client portfolio within an accountancy practice.Strong knowledge of bookkeeping, accounts preparation and taxation.Experience preparing VAT, MTD and Self-Assessment returns.Excellent communication and client ..... full job details .....
