The team offers a range of professional interventions and has developed successful partnerships with core agencies across the statutory, voluntary and community sectors to advocate for appropriate service provision and support planning with the aim of realising the potential of each service user. The approach utilised to promote change encompasses a high tolerance, low threshold methodology including the principles of harm reduction. This post will be based within our Floating Support service which involves working with people with complex needs and those who have recently been granted Refugee status in Northern Ireland.
