What They re Looking For Essential Qualifications and Certifications: NVQ or City and Guilds Level 3 CandG Level 2 in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning F-Gas Certification (current industry standard) IPAF, PASMA, and Skillcard Key Experience: Minimum 3 years'' experience working with split AC, chillers, and VRV/VRF systems Strong background in maintaining and repairing systems of various types and ages Proven ability in fault-finding, servicing, and repair of: VRV / VRF Systems Chillers (10kW to 1MW including package, scroll, and screw) Close Control and DX Cooling Systems Control system diagnostics Commissioning of new installations Heat Pumps (ECODAN and ALTHERMA) Commercial refrigeration (walk-in fridges, freezers, and c
