This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially focused Quantity Surveyor with a strong background in fit out projects to join an established business delivering projects across a varied client portfolio. You will take responsibility for the commercial management of projects, working closely with Project Managers, site teams, subcontractors and clients to ensure works are delivered within budget while protecting the commercial interests of the business. Previous Quantity Surveying experience within the fit out sector is required for this position. The Role As Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for the commercial and financial management of fit out projects from pre-construction through to completion and final account.
