Senior Site Manager - North Essex / Hertfordshire Border Up to 75,000 + Package We are working with a highly regarded national housebuilder who is looking to appoint an experienced Senior Site Manager for a major new development in the North Essex / Hertfordshire area. The scheme will consist of approximately 320 traditionally built units with a programme of around 3-3.5 years, depending on sales. Groundworks are due to commence shortly, with the successful candidate joining at an ideal time to take ownership of the site from an early stage.
