Key Responsibilities for a HR Manager Provide proactive HR advice and guidance to managers andemployees across a broad range of people matters. Manage employee relations cases including disciplinary,grievance, capability, absence, and performance matters. Develop, review, and maintain HR policies, processes, andprocedures in line with employment legislation and best practice. Oversee recruitment, onboarding, training, appraisals, andongoing employee development. Work closely with senior leadership on workforce planning,organisational development, employee engagement, and businessimprovement initiatives. Support the effective management and compliance of company-wideoperational responsibilities alongside the HR function.
