Complete Classroom Services are working in partnership with a highly respected special school for pupils aged 4–19, with a strong reputation for excellence and innovation, to recruit enthusiastic and committed Support Staff.
About the Role
As a member of the support team, you will play a vital role in helping pupils with Profound, Severe and Complex learning needs – including Autism, Speech, Language and Communication difficulties, and associated medical conditions – to achieve their full potential. You will work alongside an experienced and highly skilled team of Teachers, Therapists and Teaching Assistants who are passionate about creating a positive and inclusive learning environment.
You’ll Be Supporting
- A vibrant, well-equipped learning environment with hydrotherapy, sensory and specialist facilities.
- Pupils engaged in a broad, personalised curriculum, preparing them for independence, adulthood and employment.

What We’re Looking For in a Teaching Assistant
- Enthusiasm, patience and a genuine commitment to supporting children and young people with SEND.
- A proactive, flexible approach with the ability to work effectively within a team.
- Experience in a SEND setting is desirable, but training will be provided for the right candidates.
