Are you a TIG Welder or Fabricator looking for a stable, long-term position with consistent weekday hours and an early Friday finish, within an established local manufacturer that has plenty of work on?

This is a permanent role with a well-established business, where you''ll be part of a close-knit workshop team and be properly looked after with on-the-job training on their machinery and processes.

Due to continued growth and bringing more manufacturing in-house, they are looking to add an additional TIG Welder / Fabricator to support ongoing demand.

In this role you will be workshop-based carrying out hands-on fabrication and metalwork including TIG welding, operating a guillotine, using a CNC press brake for folding, notching and punching components, grinding, assembly and fitting, alongside general production support as required.

This role would suit a Fabricator / Welder with TIG welding experience, looking for a secure permanent position, steady hours, a good team environment and optional overtime to boost earnings.

The Role:

• Workshop-based TIG welding and fabrication / metalwork
• Operating guillotine, CNC press brake, notching and punching components
• Grinding, assembly and fitting, plus general production and quality checks
• Supporting packing, stores and stock movement as needed
• Mon-Thurs 8am-5pm, Fri 8am-4:30pm (early finish Friday), overtime available

The Person:

• TIG welding experience (essential)
• Fabrication / sheet metal / workshop manufacturing background
• Happy in a hands-on, varied workshop position
