Tradewind Recruitment is currently recruiting enthusiastic and dedicated Secondary Supply Teachers to work across a range of secondary schools in and around Darlington. This is a fantastic opportunity for experienced teachers and Early Career Teachers (ECTs) to gain valuable experience in different school settings while maintaining flexibility and a positive work-life balance.

As a Secondary Supply Teacher, you will deliver engaging and high-quality lessons across Key Stages 3-5 within your specialist subject. You will manage classroom behaviour effectively, follow school policies, and ensure pupils remain focused, supported, and motivated in their learning.

We partner with a variety of schools across Darlington, including large academies and smaller community schools, giving you the opportunity to broaden your experience and find the right environment for your teaching style.

• Experience teaching within UK secondary schools

• Two suitable references covering the last two years

• A valid DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
