This is a rewarding role at the heart of the school, supporting students'' wellbeing, behaviour, and personal development.Pastoral Support Worker - Role Overview As a Pastoral Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting students across KS3 and KS4, particularly those who require additional emotional, behavioural, or attendance support. Your responsibilities will include:Providing 1:1 and small group pastoral support for targeted studentsSupporting students with SEMH needs, behavioural challenges, or social difficultiesBuilding positive, trusting relationships to improve engagement and outcomesWorking closely with Heads of Year, safeguarding leads, SENCOs, and attendance teamsSupporting behaviour management strategies and restorative conversationsMonitoring student progress, wellbeing, and attendanceLiaising with parents/carers regarding student progress and concernsSupporting reintegration pla
