FTC Project until end of 2028 An established organisation is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support a series of strategic system and process improvement projects across its warehouse operations. This role sits within the internal project team and will report directly to the IT Manager, working closely with the wider technology and delivery function. The RoleYou will focus on mapping and analysing warehouse processes, working closely with teams on-site to understand how systems are currently used and where inefficiencies exist. The business operates a long-standing, highly customised ERP platform which is approaching end-of-life. Your role will be to document the current state, identify gaps, and define future requirements that will inform the next phase of system evolution.
