The Role Due to increased workload, our client is looking to appoint a Quantity Surveyor to support the delivery of new build and refurbishment projects across a range of sectors. The successful candidate will work closely with the Regional Director (a Quantity Surveyor by background), offering excellent mentorship, guidance, and long-term development. This role will be predominantly office and site based (circa 90%) and will also involve assisting with estimating and tendering activities.
