This role suits someone organised, reliable, and hands-on, with strong attention to detail and experience working in a warehouse, stores, or production environment. You will play a key part in ensuring materials flow efficiently through the business.Key Responsibilities• Receive, inspect, and dispatch goods• Check loads for damaged or missing items• Store goods in correct locations and maintain organised stock areas• Prepare, pack, and load items for shipment• Book transport for outgoing deliveries• Maintain accurate records of all goods movements• Move and rearrange stock manually or using lifting equipment• Support WIP movements between production cells• Conduct monthly stock counts and reconcile inventory• General housekeeping to keep the warehouse safe and tidy• Liaise with other departments to coordinate workloads• Assist with swarf collection and recycling• Provide cover for forklift/warehouse duties when requiredRequirements• Previous experience in goods in/out, stores, warehouse, or similar role• Knowledge of stock control and basic IT/data entry skills• Strong organisational ability and attention to detail• Capable of working both independently and within a team• Physically
