Role Overview We are seeking a highly organised and personable Administrator to support the smooth running of the business. This is a varied, client-facing role within the Business Support team, ideal for someone who enjoys being at the centre of operations and delivering a high standard of service. The Administrator will play a key part in creating a professional and welcoming environment while providing essential administrative support across the business. A proactive mindset, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks are essential for success in this role. Key Duties and Responsibilities: Front of House and Client Support Acting as the first point of contact for visitors and callers Managing reception and switchboard responsibilities Handling telephone and email enquiries professionally and efficiently Preparing meeting rooms and arranging refreshments for meetings Administrative and Office Support Providing day-to-day administrative assistance to the wider team Photocopying, scanning, and distributing internal documents Managing incoming and outgoing post, including franking and preparation for dispatch Coordinating special deliveries and postal requirements Records and Document Control Opening new files and archiving closed files in line with internal procedures Maintaining filing and archiving systems, both physical and digital Reviewing, scanning, and uploading client identification documents to internal systems Additional Responsibili
