We are seeking 7 experienced Asset Surveyors to support a major banking client with on-site asset data collection across their property portfolio. This is a field-based role focused on full asset condition surveys and accurate data capture. The client has an established collection methodology in place. There is no existing asset list, so asset quantities cannot be provided, even as estimates The client will provide all survey technology and kit, including mobile devices and asset tags Survey scope is full condition, covering identification, tagging, and data capture Surveys will be completed on live banking sites, following defined processes and standards Current guidance is 7 surveyors to complete the work within 10 days (subject to confirmation) Suitable candidates will have experience in asset or condition surveying, be comfortable working independently, and able to operate professionally in regulated environments.
