Job title: Line Feeder
Job type: Temporary to Permanent
Location: Great Gransden (near Sandy)
Working hours: Monday to Friday, 7am-4pm
Hourly rate: £12.71 per hour (increases after passed probation) 
 
Our well-known client based in Great Gransden near Sandy are currently looking for a Line Feeder to join their team on a Temporary to Permanent basis. We are looking for someone who ideally comes from a Print background, but this is not essential. A good understanding within the Production, Manufacturing, and Machine Operating industries would be great. 
 
Duties as a Line Feeder:
- Supplying production machines with materials and jobs to ensure smooth workflow.
- Setting up equipment by changing spindles and gears to the correct specifications.
- Issuing inks and materials required for production runs, whilst removing and managing used stock.
- Preparing and assembling packaging and boxes for finished products.
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised working environment in line with 5S standards.
- Removing finished jobs, waste materials, cardboard, and other items to keep production areas running efficiently.

What''s needed as a Line Feeder:
- Previous Print industry experience and knowledge is desirable but not essential.
- Previous experience and knowledge within Production, Manufacturing, and Machine Operations.
- A good eye for detail and ability to spot Quality imperfections.
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy loads, and work on your feet for long periods.
- Ability to work well within a team and maintain high levels of communication.
