Product Manager (Workday HCM and Talent Acquisition) Remote 9-10 Month Contract Our client is seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead the roadmap and delivery of Workday Core HCM and Talent Acquisition products within a large global organisation. You''ll work closely with HR, Talent Acquisition, Shared Services and Technology teams to define priorities, manage product backlogs and deliver improvements across the employee lifecycle, from pre-hire through onboarding. This role requires a strong understanding of HR business processes, stakeholder management and Agile delivery. Key Requirements: Product Management experience within HR technology environments Knowledge of Workday Core HCM and/or Talent Acquisition Strong understanding of HR business processes and employee lifecycle workflows Experience managing backlogs, prioritisation and stakeholder expectations Agile delivery experience Previous experience within large, complex global organisations Desirable: Experience working in a global Workday environment Exposure to SAFe delivery frameworks Retail or similar high-volume workforce environments This is a fully remote contract with an initial term of 9-10 months and potential for extension.
