The Role:Silcom Recruitment are pleased to be supporting a valued client based in Poole, who are looking to appoint a skilled Vehicle Technician to join their growing brand specialist workshop team.Opportunities are available across multiple levels, Vehicle Technicians, and Master Technicians.Responsibilities and Requirements of a Vehicle Technician:Carry out servicing, maintenance, and repairs in line with manufacturer standards.Diagnose faults and complete vehicle health checks to identify additional work.Ensure all work is completed efficiently, to a high standard, and documented accurately.Previous experience within a dealership or independent garage environment is advantageous.NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair required.A valid UK driving licence is essential.The Package:Salary: Up to £35,000 - £40,000 basic.Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm - No Weekends, closed bank holidays and Christmas shut down!Modern workshop facilities with up-to-date diagnostic equipment.Supportive team environment within a well-established independent specialist.If you believe you have the passion, knowledge, experience, and drive to succeed as a Vehicle Technician, then we would like to hear from you.
