What You Will Do: - Drive continuous improvement using proven improvement tools to deliver solutions that improve performance.- Optimise tools and working methods to achieve minimum cycle time while maintaining high quality standards.- Partner with production teams to boost efficiency and effectiveness across the department.- Contribute to improvement workstreams such as TPM, HOSHIN, SMED and QRCI, helping teams implement meaningful change.- Use analysis to improve shop stock layout and efficiencies, supporting better transfer methods to shop stock locations.- Provide line balancing data and support standard operations and technical training programmes, including development around polyvalence and task transfer.
