As part of our GB Retail team, Private Clients provides confidential, high-quality personal insurance solutions to mid-net-worth and high-net-worth individuals, including corporate decision-makers and public figures. We are looking for a Strategic Development Manager to drive new business opportunities and generate high-quality Private Client leads for the sales team. This is a sales-focused role requiring a proactive, commercially minded individual with strong networking and relationship-building skills. The Role Reporting to the Head of Sales and Strategy, you will be responsible for identifying, developing and converting new business opportunities across the Private Client proposition. Drive new business sales, lead generation and revenue growth. Identify opportunities through personal networks, existing clients, corporate relationships, professional introducers and wider Group business units. Build and maintain strong internal and external relationships to generate referrals and new business. Use client data, market insight and commercial intelligence to identify and develop prospects. Own and manage the lead pipeline from identification and qualification through to handover to the sales team. Work collaboratively with the Private Client team to progress opportunities and maximise cross-sell and up-sell potential.
