We\''re looking for a Complaints Investigator to join our team in Witney, Oxfordshire. In this role, you will use your analytical skills to investigate and solve complex product issues. Investigate Product Issues: You\''ll be responsible for meticulously investigating customer-returned medical devices to identify the root cause of any issues.Identify Trends: Using our advanced computer systems, you\''ll analyse data to uncover trends and patterns in product complaints, helping us proactively prevent future problems.Improve Processes: You\''ll play an active role in enhancing procedures and increasing efficiency to support our quality control efforts.Collaborate Globally: You\''ll work with colleagues around the world, sharing insights and collaborating to achieve team goals.Drive Problem-Solving: Your analytical mindset will be key to spotting trends in complaints and bringing them to management\''s attention for further investigation.What We\''re Looking For

Analytical Skills: You should have a keen eye for detail and a knack for analysing information to find root causes.Strong IT Skills: Proficiency in computer programs, particularly Microsoft Word and Excel, is essential.Excellent Communication: You\''ll need to communicate clearly and effectively with colleagues.Attention to Detail: The ability to follow procedures and accurately document your findings is crucial.Qualifications: You should have completed secondary education or an equivalent qualification in Maths and English. Experience with laboratory best practices and root cause analysis is a plus, but not required.What We Offer
