Customer Service Coordinator
We are working with a fast-growing client in the construction industry who are looking for a Customer Service Coordinator to join their team. As a Customer Service Coordinator, you ll be the first point of contact for customer inquiries, working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment managing customer orders, quotes, and deliveries.Salary: £30,000 - £34,000 dependant on experience.Hours: Monday - Friday, 08:30 - 17:30Key Responsibilities of the Customer Service Coordinator: Deliver high quality customer service, acting as the main point of contact for customer inquiries via phone and emailPrepare and follow up on customer quotationsNegotiate aspects of quotes to secure ordersConvert Purchase Orders and confirm availability of equipmentCreate and manage customer contractsEnsure timely delivery of products and solutions, coordinating logistics with the relevant teamsCollaborate with field sales to act on new opportunitiesMaintain relationships with key customers Key Skills and Experience: Experience in hire control, quoting, or processing order (industry-specific experience not required)Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skillsExcellent communication skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a teamExceptional attention to detail and organisational skillsAbility to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively under tight deadlines If you would like to know how we will store and process your data, please visit The Recruitment Groups home page to rea
