Due to continued expansion, they are now looking to appoint an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their commercial team in Liverpool.The RoleAs Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will take responsibility for the commercial management of dry lining and fire protection packages, working closely with project teams, clients, main contractors, and the supply chain.Key responsibilities will include:Taking commercial responsibility for allocated projects and packagesManaging CVRs, forecasts, cost control, and financial reportingManaging subcontract procurement and subcontractor accountsPreparing and agreeing valuations, applications for payment, variations, and final accountsReviewing contracts and ensuring compliance with contractual requirementsIdentifying and managing commercial risks and opportunitiesManaging change, variations, and additional works throughout projectsWorking closely with Contracts Managers, Project Managers, and site teamsLiaising with clients and ..... full job details .....
