Day-to-day of the role: Manage a varied and increasingly complex caseload of real estate finance matters, including development finance, bridging facilities, investment acquisitions, property refinancing, and secured lending transactions. Advise a broad range of clients, including banks, financial institutions, alternative lenders, investors, and borrowers on all aspects of real estate finance and secured lending. Draft, review, and negotiate loan agreements, security documentation, intercreditor arrangements, and ancillary finance documents. Take responsibility for transaction management from instruction through to completion, coordinating with clients, lenders, counterparties, and internal teams to ensure an efficient and commercially focused service.
