Site Engineer Civil Engineering / Utilities Location: Thames Valley / South East (Projects across Reading, Bracknell, Chertsey, Ashford Common, Hampton Court and Basingstoke) Salary: £45,000 - £50,000 + package We are working with a leading civil engineering and infrastructure contractor delivering major utility and water infrastructure projects across the South East. Due to continued growth, they are looking to appoint an experienced Site Engineer to support the successful delivery of a range of civil engineering and utility schemes. The initial project is expected to be based in Basingstoke, with future opportunities across the wider Thames Valley region. The Role This is a hands-on engineering role supporting the delivery of utility and infrastructure projects from site set-up through to completion. Projects typically include: Utility and water infrastructure works Pipe laying and pipeline installations Reinforced concrete structures Civil engineering works Tunnelling and trenchless activities Associated infrastructure and drainage works Key Responsibilities Carry out setting out duties independently across multiple work fronts. Ensure works are delivered in accordance with drawings and specifications. Produce and review site records and engineering documentation. Assist with quality assurance and compliance requirements.
