Are you an experienced Legal Administrator looking for your next long-term opportunity?

We''re seeking a highly organised and proactive professional to support our clients legal and compliance team in an established company.

What You''ll Be Doing

• Preparing legal documents, contracts, and correspondence
• Managing filing systems and document records
• Tracking deadlines, renewals, and compliance requirements
• Supporting client onboarding and due diligence processes
• Coordinating with clients, advisers, and key stakeholders
• Organising meetings, schedules, and document execution

What We''re Looking For

• Minimum 3 years'' experience as a Legal Assistant, Legal Secretary, Paralegal, or similar professional services support role
• Strong administration and organisational skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook & PowerPoint)
